This is the perfect time to change things up.
Time to redecorate the house and the wardrobe.
Out with the beachy blues and greens and in with the fall colors–orange, yellow and brown.
Why, yes! I do go all out, don’t I?
But I cannot decide–do these colors look better on my front door or on me?
- Why yes, these do match my dress!
- I think Paris just choked

Look, let’s face it, the white tutu makes the ensemble work. Without it, it’s just, meh.

Thank goodness someone understands fashion! My thoughts exactly, Lou.

I don’t know about Paris, but I sure did. Now I must re-think my Old Flannel look.

Flannel is classic. No worries there, Maureen.

The only question remaining, is, did you take it home Lois? Are you planning a fall cotillion in the neighborhood?

Cotillions!! Oh my gosh, Dan. I remember my kids going to some Mr/Ms Manners classes so they would not embarrass themselves or their partner at those fancy dances. What a blast from the past!

I don’t know, but I do know Hallowe’en is coming!

Well, I guess I’ll just open the door and scare the children.

I’m not ready to give up blues and greens yet.

I am so over summer, Dawn. Maybe we’ll go for darker blue and darker green as a compromise.

I was over summer in July. But now that it’s time to let go I don’t want to. But I can compromise…darker blue and green is good with me.

My vote goes to the door! But the dress will make a good Halloween costume Lois….unless it’s a cold rain night, then not so much!

Couture for Halloween! Ginger, please!! 😂🙄

I must agree Ginger. The door is the best. Don’t want Lois to scare the bejeeses out of the kitties. But then again the dress would be something to scare the kids who come a knocking looking for a trick or a treat

Well, heck. I just might wear the dress. And the wreath. Around my neck. If you’re gonna scare the kiddos, might as well make it good. 😉

I also think Lois would need to wear that wreath around her neck. Wouldn’t want to terrorize the kiddies seeing too much cleavage!
Good grief Brian, sometimes I wonder if we’re all a bit nuts! 🤣😂 But it’s a happy place to be, yes?!

Too much cleavage 😂😂
Being “slightly” nuts is better than the opposite for sure Ginger
Aussie music legend Billy Thorpe said it best.

Thanks for this, Brian. I have never heard of them, but I do like their sound.

Watch out for wreaths on your door. Snakes like to wrap themselves around them. I know of three people who found snakes wrapped around their door wreaths. Each one was harmless, and all three people live in the country, but they were freaked nonetheless.

Oh my gosh, Belinda! I’d not heard of that before but, thankfully, I am not a wreath-on-the-door person. Freaked out by a snake? I can believe it. I would be traumatized.

“I think Paris just choked.” I think the dress should hang on a door.

Probably will. I’ll change it out with the wreath.

I am so ready, Carolyn. It is only 7am here and the thermometer in the garage is already at 85. I am thinking fall colors and autumn breezes…
