Splendor in the Grass was the first thing I thought of when I saw today’s Prompt. Well actually, the only thing I thought of. 🙄
We didn’t have much of a porch in the little cookie cutter neighborhood I grew up in. We had stoops, instead. They were mostly all I knew until I moved south and saw all the wonderful porches down here. I missed out on a lot! 😀
